How John Deere Helped Shape The Growing Machine Industry

John Deere is from the United States of America and is also a corporation that makes construction, forest machinery, agricultural, drivetrains and diesel engines, not to mention lawn care equipment. The company is also included in the Fortune Global 500 list which tells that the company is also successful in terms of business. As of 2014 the company has a whopping 67,000 employees worldwide and is the largest machinery company in the world which also helps on making lives better and easier for the millions of people in the agricultural and machine industry.

The popular leaping deer logo went through a number of changes over the years. Deere first registered it for use in 1876, it read "John Deere - Moline, Illinois". History tells it, the first deer to appear on the logo was an African deer and not the American white tail used today. Over the years the slogan changed and the deer was simplified into line art versus the illustration style of the original. Eventually, the deer as the only thing on the logo and it simply read, "John Deere". The 1968 version of the logo was updated in the year 2000 with the deer leaping up and forward rather than down and forward. The famous green and yellow leaping deer logo that you can see now has become a hip and modern symbol of John Deere's and Americans' ingenuity and integrity.

Without John Deere the world we live in today would not be that easy, machinery makes our work easier and the job gets done faster because of the machines they produce. The machine industry gets the job done in construction, farming etc. Without these machines we would still be farming like our ancestors, making it hard to plant and harvest crops. Heavy equipment does really make a difference in this era of ours, the population grows every year and the consumption for them rises fro food and shelter and because technology is also developed to match the nation's needs.
