Giant Bikes versus Trek Bikes

We are going to look at two of the world’s most well-known brands for bikes, Giant Bikes and Trek Bikes. For decades they have successfully made bikes for a better riding experience for people all around the world. But how does these two bicycle companies differ and what makes them both prominent companies in the world of cycling and bikes? Let's start with Giant bikes.



Giant Manufacturing Co. Ltd. started in 1972 from Taiwan. The company then became a key supplier in the U.S. in the mid 1980s and would you believe that Giant had sales in over 50 countries with over 12,000 retail stores. Not just because Giant supplies bikes in different countries that they are well-known, it is also because they are producing bikes that has improved over the years. Technology, advancements, engineering and design are just some of the traits of Giant bikes that win championships. Giant bikes also win awards for they have amazing designs that catches the eye of each judge. With skillful riders and Giant bikes combined, they make a winner in every race event there is.

Trek Bikes on the other hand started in 1975 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, USA. After those years, the bike industry for Trek grew bigger and bigger. Decades have passed and innovation is their key to success, they started in a barn and now they have used the technology today to make bikes with "bonded aluminum" frames. They also are making "carbon fiber" frames that makes bikes lighter and stronger. They have established a name and a brand that bike enthusiasts all over the world love.

Giant Bikes and Trek do have what it takes to produce amazing bikes that are made for racing, trails, cross-country and more. They are focused redesigning bikes and push them to the limits of aerodynamics, speed, durability and strength. We can not compare these two bike companies for they are both the best of what they do, to provide riders the bike that will make them win.
